True to size! They are thick enough that even the white isn't see through at all. There is no inner shelf. ButThey are snug enough to hold everything in place. No bra needed. So comfortable!

This shirt has good support! You do not need to wear a bra with it and it has adjustable straps to change the fit of the top. The quality of the shirt is really good and it is not see through at all.
